President

Mr. Casden is a real estate developer, investor and philanthropist. Mr. Casden's family real estate company, Casden Properties, LLC, developed over 90,000 units of multi-family apartments such as the Palazzo Westwood Village, Palazzo West, Palazzo East and the Broadcast Center Apartments.

Actively involved in real estate development and investments for over 20 years, Mr. Casden has a proven track record of success in the development of prominent multi-family, office, mixed-use, residential and hospitality properties.

David Park

CFO and Vice President

Mr. Park joins as CFO and Vice President. He has over two decades of investment experience with a deep understanding of both liquid and illiquid assets in real estate, technology, and healthcare.

Before Casden Development, Dave was a Managing Director at Tiger Asia Capital Management and an Assistant VP at Rockwood Capital and AEW Capital Management, focusing on private equity investments in real estate. In addition, he has held analyst positions at Maverick Capital, Goldman Sachs, and Accenture.

Dave graduated from the U. of Michigan with Honors and High Distinction, and Phi Beta Kappa and earned his MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Beatrice Chen

Vice President of Global Sourcing

Beatrice Chen is a seasoned global sourcing and procurement executive with over 17 years of experience in international supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and strategic sourcing. As Vice President of Global Sourcing, she leads the company’s efforts in identifying, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships, ensuring seamless procurement of high-quality prefabricated homes and construction materials from China and other international markets.

With a career spanning global Fortune 500 corporations and multinational joint ventures, Beatrice has developed deep expertise in optimizing supply chains, reducing costs, and maintaining strict quality assurance standards. She has successfully overseen complex sourcing initiatives for leading brands, including large-scale manufacturing partnerships, vendor compliance, and logistics coordination across multiple continents and countries with a focus on Germany, China, the United States, and Japan.

Prior to joining the company, Beatrice held senior procurement and product development roles at
Rheinmetall, Thyssenkrupp, and other multinational firms where she led high-profile projects involving global sourcing, supplier negotiations, and large-scale production management. Fluent in Mandarin and English, she leverages her cross-cultural communication skills to build strong supplier networks and drive operational efficiencies.

Beatrice holds a degree in Administrative Management from Shanghai Trade Union College and has completed specialized studies in international trade, human resources, and business communication. With a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, cost-effective prefabricated
housing solutions worldwide.

Marita Richardsen

Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Richardsen oversees corporate and investment operations, charged with managing legal and tax affairs, day-to-day operations, fund accounting, risk management and the administration, establishment and structuring of investment funds.

Ms. Richardsen's management and accounting career started in Beverly Hills, CA where she assisted in property management and helped lead a team of accountants run a portfolio of 2,000 residential units and a large scale commercial portfolio. During her initial foray into real estate, she helped manage the construction of over 40 multi family apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area. She has supervised over $90,000,000 in property improvements and repositioning programs throughout the Los Angeles market. On the course of her career, Marita lead initiatives resulting in a greater than 100% increase in asset-repositioning capacity.

Wayne Hao

Wayne Hao is a seasoned international executive with over 20 years of global experience in entrepreneurship, corporate growth, and business development.

Mr. Hao is currently the VP of Corporate Development for NANO Nuclear Energy (NASDAQ: NNE), an advanced nuclear energy company. Previously, Mr. Hao served in venture capital as well as entrepreneurial endeavors, successfully raising investor capital and helping build two companies that were acquired for over $150M in consideration.

Wayne has an MBA from The Wharton Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
